A boutique studio
in Pembroke
where we take
form seriously.
in2Pilates is Malta's premier fully-equipped Pilates studio, setting the standard for wellness and strength on this sunny Mediterranean island. Founded by PAI Master Trainer Ping Yang. Reformer group classes capped at five, private sessions, rehabilitation work and pre/post-natal programming.

We are building practitioners, not customers.
Our goal is to help you move with such confidence, awareness, and understanding that, eventually, you no longer need us in the same way. You need us as you would a teacher — not as you would a gym.
in2Pilates is a small, dedicated Pilates room in Pembroke — built deliberately small, focused on one method, kept honest about form. Reformer-based group classes, one-on-one privates, rehab and pre/post-natal work. Every session begins in the breath, every exercise is corrected on the spot, and every body in the room gets seen.

Founded by Ping.
Built around the method.
Ping discovered Pilates after her first pregnancy as a way to manage back pain and regain fitness. After more than a decade of corporate work in Singapore, she stepped away from the corporate world in 2014 to dedicate herself fully to teaching. Following her move to Malta with her family, she opened in2Pilates in 2020.
Today, she blends the latest equipment and techniques from North America and Asia into a modern, safe, and results-driven practice — and personally leads every Teacher Training cohort the studio runs. PAI Master Trainer (2022).
Five things we believe.
Rules we wrote for ourselves — for how we teach, what we refuse to do, and what every member walks away knowing.
Form before load
We never progress an exercise a body can't already do well. Pretty movement isn't a nice-to-have — it's the entire point.
Small enough to see you
Group Reformer classes capped at five. Because that's how many bodies one instructor can actually watch.
Everyone starts with the Induction
Three private sessions before any group class. We build your foundation — not your sweat, not your ego.
Breath is not optional
Every exercise begins in the breath. If you're holding it, we stop, we breathe, we begin again.
Build for a long life
We're training you for eighty — not for a beach holiday. Strength, mobility and control that age with you.
Passionate Pilates instructors. Customised programmes.
A small team chosen for clinical depth and warmth in equal measure. Achieve a stronger, more flexible body with programmes built around what your body actually needs — not a generic class plan.

Questions we
get often.
Yours not here? Just get in touch — Ping or one of the team will reply.
With the three-session Induction. We assess your body, teach you the method, and prepare you for group classes — all one-on-one with Ping or a senior instructor. No prior experience needed.
Almost always yes. Pilates is one of the most rehab-friendly methods that exists, and Ping has worked with hundreds of bodies in recovery. Tell us what's going on at booking and we'll design the Induction around it.
Because group classes only work when everyone in the room shares a common vocabulary. The Induction gives you that vocabulary. After it, group classes feel like a continuation, not a struggle.
Hard cap at five on the Reformer. We do not oversell. Ever.
Yes. All classes are taught in English. Ping also speaks Mandarin and Italian if that helps.
Yes — gift cards available for any amount, delivered by email or printed at the studio. Get in touch and we'll set it up.
