Private Sessions
One instructor, one student, one room. Whether you're new to the method, recovering from injury, or deepening an established practice, a private is the most direct way forward — movements precise, corrections immediate, programme adapted to you week by week.

Reformer Group Classes
Reformer-based group classes capped at five — because that's how many bodies one instructor can actually watch and correct. Sessions run on classical Pilates fundamentals with progressive choreography, tailored to a mixed-ability room. New to the studio? Begin with the Induction first.

Rehabilitation Pilates
Built around the body in front of us. We work alongside your physio when needed, design every session around the limitations and the goal, and never progress an exercise the body isn't ready for. Pilates is one of the most rehab-friendly methods that exists — used right, it's transformative.

Pre & Post-Natal Pilates
Safe, progressive, empowering. Sessions adapt as the body changes — through pregnancy and through recovery. We focus on what helps: pelvic floor awareness, deep core re-engagement, posture, breath, and the small functional movements that make daily life easier with a newborn.

Begin with the Induction.
Three private sessions. We assess your body, teach you the method, and prepare you to join group classes with confidence. Required for all new practitioners. Induction slots aren't fixed — submit a registration request and we'll arrange a time that works for both sides.
Pay as you practice.
Flexible class packages for members and non-members alike. Use credits across any group class. Private sessions are arranged separately — get in touch.
One 1-hour group class. Book ahead, no strings attached.
Five 1-hour group classes. Valid 60 days.
Ten 1-hour group classes. Valid 90 days. Shareable with one household member.
Twenty 1-hour group classes. Valid 120 days. Best per-class value.
