Studio Policy

Simple rules. Better practice.

A boutique studio works because everyone arrives prepared and respects the rhythm of a class. These are the rules we ask every client to read once — they cover cancellation, conduct, dress and the small things that keep the studio running smoothly for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late or last-minute cancellations will incur a full charge.

First-time Customers

All new members are required to complete three private induction sessions before joining group classes. This is how we get to know your body, set the right pace, and make sure you arrive in group fully equipped to make the most of every class.

Punctuality

Arrive on time to maintain the flow of the class. Late arrivals may miss important warm-ups and disrupt the session for others.

Waitlist

If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified via email when a spot becomes available.

Studio Conduct

  • Wear proper sportswear and leggings — avoid baggy clothes (safety on equipment).
  • Clean socks are required for hygiene — please remember to wear them during your class.
  • Ensure your phone is on silent before entering the studio to minimise distraction.
  • Feel free to bring water; please refrain from coffee or other beverages inside the studio.
  • Remove metal hair clips and sharp items that could damage the equipment.
  • Avoid heavy creams that may stain the upholstery.
