Pregnancy and the postnatal period are two of the most physically demanding chapters of an active life. The body changes faster than at any other time, and the right kind of movement — practiced safely, with the right cues — makes an enormous difference to how those changes feel and how the recovery unfolds.
We've built our Pre and Post-Natal Pilates programme around what we know works: pelvic-floor awareness, deep core re-engagement, posture, breath, and the small functional movements that make day-to-day life easier whether you're carrying a baby or recovering from one.
Pre-natal
Sessions are tailored trimester by trimester. We focus on stability, mobility, and breath — keeping you strong and connected to your changing body, and laying the groundwork for an easier recovery on the other side.
Post-natal
Returning to movement after birth is delicate. Our post-natal sessions take the rebuild seriously — pelvic floor first, deep core next, gradual reintegration with whole-body work — and progress at the pace your body needs, not the pace the calendar suggests.
